The PPA series is a series of 100V amplifiers with 8 ohms 70V and 100V outputs characterized by easy use excellent performance and reliability and is therefore particularly suitable for a wide range of small and medium-sized installations.
This range of amplifiers is equipped with a multimedia player (USB / SD ports and BT) for MP3 playback. It is also equipped with an equalizer (on the mp3 player) 2 microphone inputs an auxiliary input and an external 12V connector too.

We bought PPA30 amplifier sometime ago. In this we are struggling to find the option for SHUFFLE SONG when USB or SD card is inserted. Can you kindly help us in fixing this?

Checking the user manual confirms that the PPA30 amplifier does not feature a shuffle setting to its MP3 player.
