The Power Dynamics PDS40W White pendant speakers are ideal for use in commercial background music and public address systems.

The PDS40W hanging speakers are equipped with a 5.25-inch polypropylene woofer and a 1-inch mylar dome tweeter for perfect speech reproduction and music performance. With 8Ohm and 100V options these commercial pendant speakers are an ideal solution for installation with high ceilings such as warehouses, offices, retail stores, supermarkets, showrooms, restaurants and more.

The PDS40W is suitable for 100V applications, therefore large areas can be covered with multiple speakers all running from a single 100v line amplifier. Long speaker cable runs are also not a problem with 100v line systems. All this in contrast to conventional systems where the impedance must be taken into account when using multiple speakers and long speaker cables runs. This is not an issue with 100V systems, which means that large areas can be covered. In addition, different types of speakers can be combined in a system, and it is even possible to create zones that can be volume adjusted separately.
