The supplied Power Dynamics PPA50 amplifier has a built-in Bluetooth receiver, allowing you to pair a smart device, such as a smartphone or tablet, and wirelessly stream audio from any app or website. It also has an MP3 player with USB and SD ports, making it extremely simple to play background music from files stored on a USB stick or SD card through the system.

This kit contains four Power Dynamics CSF6 ceiling speakers, each with a full-range 6.5" driver. The full-range design delivers a nice, rounded sound that isn't too bassy, which results in outstanding mid and high-range clarity for both background music and spoken announcements.

In addition to Bluetooth and the USB/SD MP3 player, the PPA50 amplifier has RCA line inputs for connecting devices such as laptops, CD players, and media players. There are also two microphone inputs, and each line and mic input has its own volume control to help you achieve the best sound for your purposes.

When installed, the metal back cover on each ceiling speaker in this kit is hidden in the ceiling, which is excellent for preventing cable damage. The back cover also serves as an acoustic barrier, keeping sound from leaking through ceiling gaps and boosting the overall sound quality of the ceiling speaker.
