At Audio Installations, we strive to make every step of your order as easy and convenient as possible, from finding the right items on our site to even taking delivery of your parcel the very next day.

We offer a variety of delivery options to suit your preferences, including free delivery on all of our orders or free next working day* delivery on all orders above £100.

Where do we deliver?

We're proud to deliver across mainland UK, as well as both Northern Ireland and Ireland. Unfortunately, we do not deliver elsewhere across Europe or the world at this point.

Delivery to Mainland UK

We offer free delivery for all of our customers located in mainland UK, with next working day delivery options available as standard in checkout.

Delivery to Ireland

Delivery to Ireland is calculated at the cheapest international rate and is chargeable on all items. The delivery price will be calculated on a per-basket basis, so the more you add usually means there will be a minimal increased cost. All deliveries to Ireland will be shipped by international courier as all orders will be coming direct from Audio Installations in Essex, meaning delivery time can take 2 to 4 working days to arrive.

Please note: since the UK has left the European Union, we no longer directly charge VAT on our website. However, before the courier attempts delivery, you will need to pay any duty, VAT and admin charge to the courier directly. This is out of our control and the funds do not arrive with us.

Delivery to Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands

Delivery to these regions incur an extra delivery charge by our couriers, therefore we need to charge a little extra for these orders. For an exact shipping cost, please add items to your basket and use the websites in-built shipping calculator in your shopping basket or on the checkout page.

Next Day Delivery

Next Day Deliveries with Audio Installations

We're proud to be able to offer next working day deliveries at Audio Installations, ensuring you can get your order on time for those last-minute events or occasions.

For all next working day deliveries, your order must be placed by 8pm on Monday to Friday, excluding bank holidays. All of our orders placed with next day delivery will be delivered the next working day (i.e. the next day excluding weekends and bank holidays). A limited number of oversized items are unavailable for this offer - check the countdown timer on the product page for accurate delivery times.

Although we strive to ensure all 'next day deliveries' are with you for the very next day, sometimes unforeseen circumstances, such as the courier not being able to deliver on time may hinder this. Next day delivery is only eligible for those receiving an order on UK mainland, this excludes Northern Ireland, Scottish Highlands & Islands, Isle of Man and Channel Islands.

Frequently Asked Questions

When is the earliest I can get my order delivered?

If you're getting your order delivered to an address in mainland UK, you're able to receive your order the next day, on any day of the week other than Sunday. For orders that are placed on Sunday, this will arrive on Tuesday at the earliest, due to the weekend lag. With next-day delivery offered at checkout, you could place an order any time before 8pm and receive your items the very next day. Orders placed after 8pm are unable to be shipped for next day.

What time will my order come?

The time your order will come depends entirely on the couriers. For most orders, we can supply order tracking which will indicate an estimated time of which your products are set to arrive. If you haven't received a tracking email for your order, please contact our customer services. You can do this at ease via our websites live chat function.

Can I change my delivery date?

Yes, we can happily change the delivery date of your order as long as the order hasn't already been despatched. For more information regarding changing your delivery date, please contact our customer service team.

Can I change my delivery address?

Unfortunately, we are unable to change your orders delivery address.

Can I collect my order from your store?

We offer a free Click & Collect option for all of our customers.

Can I order to another address other than mine?

If your credit/debit card or other payment method has passed all of its security checks in checkout, you should be able to select a different address other than the billing address.
