This background music system includes an amplifier, 6 ceiling speakers, 6 fire hoods, and the copper speaker cable needed to connect everything together. This commercial ceiling speaker bundle, with its inconspicuous appearance and many playback choices, is ideal for use as a restaurant sound system or in other commercial settings such as offices or cafés.
The supplied Power Dynamics PRM120 amplifier features a built-in Bluetooth receiver, allowing you to pair a smart device and stream any audio wirelessly. There's also a built-in USB/SD media player with an LCD display menu for playing stored playlists from a USB stick or SD card.
The Power Dynamics FCS5 ceiling speakers are included in this background music system. These speakers have a 2-way coaxial construction with a separate 5.25" woofer and 1" dome tweeter for a well-rounded frequency output. Each speaker's grille is magnetically attached to the housing, making it easy to remove for customising while also offeringa near-flush finish in the ceiling when installed.
This kit includes six ceiling speaker fire hoods, which are to be placed above each speaker in the ceiling to prevent the spread of fire. These are required in business locations such as restaurants to comply with fire safety regulations, and they can be installed in a variety of ceiling types such as suspended or plasterboard.
There are many line and microphone inputs on the PRM120 amplifier in this setup, some of which may be swapped between line and mic connections. Because each input channel has its own volume control, you can connect many devices at the same time and generate a perfect blend of audio for background music and announcements.
