hi can this Amp connect to a pc tower and smart tv...please

This is a lower cost amp designed mainly for karaoke. It only has a single stereo input. Ideally for connection of a PC and TV you will want an amp with several inputs available. Depending on your TVs audio outputs you may also need an optical to RCA converter, as amplifiers in this cost range do not feature digital inputs.
