PRM120 100V 5-CH Mixer-Amplifier 120W
The PRM series is a series rack-mountable amplifiers that can either be used as 100V amplifier or as a standard low-impedance amplifier. These amplifiers are equipped with BT receiver and USB/SD ports for MP3 playback including a bright LCD display with ID3 Tag.
All PRM amplifiers are also provided with a switchable XLR input with 24V Phantom Power especially for paging and condenser microphones. Especially designed for applications such as paging announcements intercommunications background music broadcasting in industrial plants etc.

i am thinking of ordering this but can i plug a tv into to it via a cable and if so how ?

You can, but you will likely need a digital to analogue audio converter, as your TV will most likely have a digital optical audio output.
Once a converter is being used, you would connect from the audio output of your TV to the converter, and then from the audio outputs of the converter to one of the RCA line inputs on the back of the amplifier
