This ceiling speaker kit's amplifier and preamp combine to handle the audio input. The preamp's integration guarantees a clearer, less distorted sound. You can fine-tune the sound with the volume, bass, and treble controls that are featured on the preamp. Four Q Acoustics QI65C speakers are supplied to produce the audio output. For handling bass and treble frequencies, they utilise a coaxial speaker arrangement with separate tweeter and woofer drivers. This guarantees a balanced sound, which is excellent for music and gives spoken audio, like the radio, the necessary clarity. The speakers can all be installed in the kitchen if desired, as they have a UL94 flame retardancy rating that protects them from heat. All of the speakers feature white grilles to help them blend into the ceiling.
