The FCS6 ceiling speakers in this restaurant sound system have a 2-way coaxial configuration, which means that each unit has a separate woofer and tweeter driver. This design offers very precise sound reproduction with a well-rounded frequency response, making it perfect for background music and speech purposes.
The Power Dynamics PDV240MP3 amplifier included with these restaurant ceiling speakers features a built-in Bluetooth receiver, allowing you to pair a smart device like a smartphone, tablet, or laptop and stream any audio wirelessly. There is also a built-in media player with USB and SD connections to play music files from a USB stick or SD card.
This kit includesthe HOODY 7 ceiling speaker fire hoods, which should be installed above each speaker in the ceiling to prevent the spreading of fire. These are necessary in commercial establishments such as restaurants to meet fire safety regulations, and they can be put in a number of ceiling designs such as suspended or plasterboard.
There are several line and microphone input channels on the accompanying PDV240MP3 amplifier, each with its own volume control, allowing you to connect various devices or microphones at the same time and establish a perfect audio mix.
