You can connect most Alexa devices using a 3.5mm jack to stereo RCA lead into a spare input on the amp such as AUX on the 150BT

No, this amplifier doesn't have a Bluetooth transmitter, so it isn't compatible with wireless headphones. It also doesn't have a headphone output connection, so you couldn't use wired headphones or a Bluetooth adapter for headphones either
