They have a 2-way coaxial design with a separate 8-inch woofer and half-inch tweeter driver that effectively distributes the frequency spectrum of any audio for a clear sound output.

The NCSS8 speakers also incorporate magnetic steel mesh grilles that, because no screw holes are visible, give them a low-profile appearance once installed in the ceiling. The magnetic construction allows the grilles to be readily removed from the speaker housing, which is ideal for customising if you want to paint them a different colour, for example.
