This amplifier with an excellent audio quality is also applicable for professional karaoke purposes. How does the subwoofer connect to this unit and how do the speaker wires connect to the unit please?

These are 5 channel stereo amps, they split a stereo signal 5 ways. They do not have any form of multi-channel Dolby decoding, and do not have a subwoofer output.
The only amplifier we have with output for an active sub is this:

If you are wanting a proper multi-channel surround amp you would need to look at a proper AV amplifier which you wont get for this cost, and is not something we offer.
