Can I use my existing Bose speakers with your amplifier.?

The PV260BT amplifier can power any suitable speakers. They must be low impedance of either 4 Ohm or 8 Ohm. This is usually found marked on the back of the speaker enclosure. You can also obtain the specifications of your particular speakers from a user manual, or from contacting Bose.

Can I play different music in different rooms

No, this system is only designed to play the same audio at different volume levels per room, rather than being able to play different audio content per room. You will need a matrix or potentially a Wi-Fi audio system to do this.
