This review is really for the supplier of the unit....from the ordering to the delivery was so simple a great experience, but when I tried the mixer there wasn't the wattage output expected, I contacted the service department, which was great , they answered the phone very quickly and within minutes I had a returns label. I honestly think the mixer was damaged in the post therefore it put me off ordering another just in case I had the same problem... The mixer looked and felt great. Hats off to customer services and sales staff
